Paula has been studying nutrition for over 20 years. She was enrolled in the Wellness Forum Continuing Education Program. It is Paula's passion to teach health and wellness to as many individuals as possible. A former fitness center employee, Paula has conducted numerous one-to-one consultations, as well as wellness presentations for groups of people.

As a former athlete, gymnastics coach, and middle school teacher, Michelle has combined expertise in athletics and teaching. After a major health scare of her own, she left her middle school teaching position and changed vocation to pursue something that is even more passionate to her, educating individuals and families on how to achieve optimal health. Michelle has been asked to be a guest speaker at numerous wellness events for various service groups, corporations, universities, sports teams, and organizations, as well as public seminars for local communities. In addition, Michelle has coordinated large-scale events for other guest speakers in the health and wellness industry, including a regional conference for Dr. Richard DuBois, one of the world's leading experts on infectious diseases.

Gary has spent over 23 years in the U.S. Military and has over 10 years experience in Physical Therapy and Athletic Training, including operating a summer athletic training camp, Southern New England Athletic Academy. Gary's expertise is in a variety of areas, including nutrition, ergonomics, stress management, assessing orthopedic injuries, and evaluating and designing exercise regimens to meet an individual's needs and goals.

Jeanne Boucher

Jeanne graduated from the Shepard-Gill School of Practical Nursing in Boston, MA, and has over 45 years experience in nursing in a variety of capacities including: neo-natal care, obstetrics, labor and delivery, medical/surgical, and overseas medical missions. In addition, Jeanne taught the C.N.A. program for the American Red Cross for several years. She is also a graduate of the Institute of Healing and Wholeness-Rolfe Square Counseling Center, Inc. in Cranston, RI, and is certified in the Theophostic Healing Ministry.
